I start by understanding your business and bookkeeping needs, then assess your current systems. From there, I set up or organize your books, streamline processes, and ensure everything is accurate and tailored to support your financial goals.
How do you handle QuickBooks issues/problems?
I troubleshoot QuickBooks issues by identifying the root cause, using my knowledge of the software to resolve errors efficiently. If needed, I consult support resources or coordinate with QuickBooks support to ensure everything runs smoothly and accurately.
How does a BS Industrial Engineering graduate related to bookkeeping jobs?
As a BS Industrial Engineering graduate, I’m trained to analyze systems, optimize processes, and manage data — all of which directly support efficient, accurate bookkeeping. My background helps me bring structure, problem-solving, and a detail-oriented approach to financial management.
Are you working with other flatforms aside from QuickBooks?
For now, I am limited only to QuickBooks but I’m always open to adapting to the tools that best suit your business needs.
